One system that runs a delivery company from the merchant’s order to the settled account: parcels, couriers, merchants, warehouse, storefront, money and messaging, in Arabic and English, with USD and the local currency side by side.
A Syrian edition is ready today: the 14 governorates, SYP and USD side by side, an Arabic place-name dictionary tuned to how Syrian addresses are written.

Parcels and orders
Nothing retyped, nothing lost: every parcel from any door, with a full timeline.
- Created by the merchant, by staff on their behalf, by Excel or CSV import with a validate-first preview and up to 5,000 rows a file (a multi-merchant mode for staff), by the open API, or from the storefront.
- An automatic tracking number and barcode; scanning by phone camera or a hardware reader; manual code entry for a damaged label.
- A 10×10 shipping label with the merchant’s own logo and disclaimer, bilingual, printed one at a time or in bulk, with a carrier barcode strip when the parcel is handed to a partner.
- A full timeline: every state change with who, when and why. Nothing is deleted silently: soft delete, a deleted-parcels screen and an archive.
Smart intake
No data-entry desk: your staff confirms instead of typing.
- Paste a customer’s free-text message into one box; the system reads the phone, the address, the products and their quantities, the price and the name.
- Reads the shapes merchants actually paste: several products in prose, a jumbled order, mixed numerals, spelling variants. One message is one parcel; two orders pasted together are refused, never half-read.
- Rules over your own data, your catalogue and your places. No external AI service; nothing leaves the server.
- A suggestion the person confirms, never a silent write. What the reader is unsure of, it hands to the human.

This is a simplified demo of the rules that run in the system. In the system the reader is rules over your own data, your catalogue and your places. No external AI service; nothing leaves the server.
Addresses, areas and pricing
No sorting desk: the address names the place, the tier names the price, the operator confirms.
- Reads the governorate and the area out of a written address using an Arabic place-name dictionary the company extends itself; addresses it could not place are logged, so the dictionary grows.
- Four pricing tiers per destination. The governorate carries the default price; an area overrides it only when given its own.
- Per-merchant price lists, and a private fee calculator and rate card inside the merchant portal.
- The fee is stamped at creation and re-resolved whenever the destination changes. It is never typed by a clerk.

Couriers and fleet
A dispatcher who sees the whole fleet, and couriers who keep working without a signal.
- A mobile-first courier app, installable, that works offline and syncs safely: every action carries its own key, so nothing is applied twice.
- Today’s manifest, scan-verified pickup, and one-tap call and WhatsApp that leave a line on the parcel.
- Outcomes with mandatory reasons: delivered, partially delivered, deferred (did you reach the customer?), rejected, stuck.

Warehouse
A warehouse system inside the same product, not a separate subscription.
- Actual versus available quantity: available is actual minus reserved.
- Every movement is logged: in, reserve, out, return, adjust. A number is never edited silently.
- Scan-driven: scanning an outgoing parcel deducts stock; scanning a return restores it.
- Row locking prevents overselling; multi-warehouse ready; retiring a product keeps every unit and every row.

Money
The daily work of the accounting desk, done by the ledger. Your accountant reviews and approves.
- An append-only double-entry ledger as the runtime source of truth; corrections by reversing entries.
- Courier wallets (cash held and earnings) with handovers settled net; branch cashboxes; numbered, double-confirmed remittances to head office.
- Merchant balances, collections, and payouts initiated by an accountant and approved by a manager; settlement documents delivered by an authenticated link.

This is a simplified demo of the rules that run in the system. The courier records the actual amount collected; the suggested rate is the company’s, and a missing rate is a refusal, not a guess.
Merchants and storefront
A self-service portal for every merchant, and a storefront that sells for them, without a second product.
- A self-service portal: dashboard, parcels, inventory, collections with downloadable statements, reports, pickup requests, an address book, sub-users with limited permissions, API keys.
- Standing pickup schedules with a pinned courier.
- A storefront: one or more stores per merchant, each with landing pages per product, built in a structured design studio (no raw HTML): templates, image carousels, FAQ and testimonial blocks, YouTube embeds, WhatsApp buttons at store and page level, Meta, TikTok and Google pixels with standard events, quantity bundle price ladders.
- An order flow in three gates: the customer submits, the merchant approves, your company’s review queue decides. The price the customer agreed to is the price they pay.

Messaging
Every audience told through one door, with no per-message fees on merchant WhatsApp.
- Every parcel outcome tells every audience through one door: the merchant’s in-app bell, the customer’s SMS or WhatsApp on key events, the merchant’s Telegram or WhatsApp group, and a signed webhook.
- WhatsApp to merchants runs through your own gateway, with no per-message fees, paced at 20 messages a minute per group to reduce ban risk, subject to usage conditions. Telegram groups and SMS gateways share the same outbox.
- Per-outcome switches per merchant; a daily digest on the company’s own clock; pacing per destination, so one busy group never blocks another.
- A message is sent once; retries with backoff; nothing silently disappears.

Branches and international
A branch is a person with a phone: stock, couriers, staff, dashboards and cash, scoped to it. The system needs no premises.
- Branches own warehouses, couriers and staff, with branch-scoped dashboards and worklists. Transfers between branches travel in numbered scan-out and scan-in manifests, with any variance flagged.
- One answer to “where is the parcel”: in a warehouse, in transit, with a courier, with a carrier, or closed.
- International collection branches abroad: merchants abroad hand over goods at your point abroad; delivery runs on your home network; returns always come home to the source branch or head office.

Reports and dashboards
The numbers a manager asks for, ready, with alerts that repeat until someone acts.
- KPI dashboards for the company and for each merchant, with a period picker; five defined KPIs with alert thresholds: service level, average delivery time, courier effective time, return rate, collection.
- On-time delivery measured against a promise that a database trigger refuses to move.
- Reports per courier, per merchant, per zone, and financial; every filtered list exports to Excel, and to PDF where it matters.
- A critical-alerts inbox for management: unsettled courier cash, merchants gone quiet, system errors, repeating until resolved.
Security and platform
Security described by its mechanisms, each with a test behind it.
- Roles with default permissions plus a per-user switchboard; every change is audited.
- Deactivation takes effect on the next request; API keys go inert with the account and never need reissuing.
- Mandatory two-factor login for staff, trusted devices that can be revoked, rate limiting and lockouts, passwords hashed with bcrypt or argon2.
- Each hosted company is a full separate instance: its own database, files and domain. Isolation is structural, not a query filter.
