Branches and international

A branch is a person with a phone: stock, couriers, staff, dashboards and cash, scoped to it. The system needs no premises.

Branches own their warehouses, couriers and staff. Goods move between them by numbered manifests, cash flows to head office only, and one answer says where any parcel is.

  • Branches own warehouses, couriers and staff, with branch-scoped dashboards and worklists. Transfers between branches travel in numbered scan-out and scan-in manifests, with any variance flagged.
  • One answer to “where is the parcel”: in a warehouse, in transit, with a courier, with a carrier, or closed.
  • International collection branches abroad: merchants abroad hand over goods at your point abroad; delivery runs on your home network; returns always come home to the source branch or head office.
  • Cash flows from branch to head office only; merchant settlements stay central.
